Led by Clinicians
Clinically led by founder Dr Guy Northover, a practising psychiatrist of 20 years who has deep domain expertise and an understanding of the challenges of the service. Dr Northover has redesigned pathways in Berkshire Healthcare NHS Trust, where he is a Lead Clinical Director, Chief Safety Officer and Chief Clinical Information Officer. Until recently, he was also the National Clinical Lead for NHS England ‘Getting It Right First Time’ to identify, implement, measure and disseminate good practice.
